- We discover and evaluate. We check whether the problem is real, how large it is, and whether a business could realistically be built around it.
- We develop. If it holds up, we shape it into something a business could actually license and run.
- We match and propose. We find a business positioned to run it, and send them a formal offer.

What we look for
Not every idea is a fit. These usually are.
- A specific problem, not a vague one. "Invoices get lost between departments" is useful. "Companies should be more efficient" is not.
- Something you've actually seen. Ideas rooted in a real workplace, industry or process tend to hold up better than ones that aren't.
- Room for a real business. There should be a plausible business — with revenue, not just a feature — on the other side of it.
- You don't need to have the solution. Naming the problem clearly is often the hardest part. We help with the rest.
